We recently had a Trust prepared by this attorney and it very smoothly! All our questions were answered and we received as a final product a document that will prevent our children from needing to go through probate court which in SC is a very long and somewhat costly process. Rebekah Freeman Thompson came highly recommended and with good reason. Before coming to the Elder Law & Estate Planning Center, we viewed her YouTube videos on updating estate planning documents. She was knowledgeable, thorough and explained concepts clearly. After attending a seminar she led, we were convinced and had her draw up our documents. They were done in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Everyone at the firm was a pleasure to do business with and we highly recommend them.

Brian Treacy was very professional and was obviously enthusiastic about estate matters, as was evident when we met to review our documents. Kelly Todd was very efficient and helpful during the process as well. The final documents were available a few days behind original schedule. However, to be fair, we were also going through this entire process during the COV-ID pandemic, which caused us to do things differently (for example, teleconference or video conference to review documents, etc.). Given that we did go through this process during the "lock down", I think everyone did the very best to make the process work! I highly recommend the Elder Estate Planning group.

I had several complicated legal issues that no others had been able to help me with but Attorney Treacy thoroughly and skillfully handled each One in an understandable, thoughtful, and caring manner. Really a very welcome and nice change !!would definitely recommend this office and this attorney for anyone needing Medicare, probate ,or elder law help from people that genuinely care about clients !!
