Butler & College made our closing quick and stress-free. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Natalia was extremely efficient yet thorough. We really appreciated being able to bring our senior dog to the closing to reduce the stress of the move on her.

During our house purchase closing process we were introduced to B&C's Estate Planning process. We recently retired and were looking to set up a Trust so the timing was perfect. Once we settled in, we went back and met with Tom McNutt who does all B&C's estate planning. Tom was very professional, knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, helpful and patient. He also has a great sense of humor. We finished and executed our Trust in 2 sessions. Two weeks later we picked up our Trust ( original in an envelope made of fire proof material), copy (in a binder and on a thumb drive). I've had a few questions associated with "funding" the Trust and Tom has always been available and very helpful at no extra cost. Price was very reasonable.
