Nick Theos with the Theos Law firm did a great job representing my son. We had a complicated situation, and Nick was able to get us a great result. What I like most about Nick is his level of professionalism and his responsiveness. Nick cares about his clients, and the results show it. I definitely would recommend this law firm.

I quickly dismissed them from my case for aggressive billing practices in 2021.
The billing examples and highlights include:
A) $39.95 any time a 30 second call was made to a secretary (this occurred even when returning a phone call and the lawyer was not available to speak)
B) $125 to review a negative covid test as a single page document. This task likely only required seconds, not minutes to complete. ($500 an hour billed in 15 minute increments, with 15 minutes being the minimum even if the task lasted seconds).
Approximately $14,000 of a $20,000 retainer was used in about one month, in the early stages of paperwork review. The subsequent firm I hired completed all tasks for less than this amount.
I do not know if this remains an issue, or was an isolated event by one of the founders of the firm, or if that lawyer still works there.
