ARROGANT........................... DECLINED TO RETAIN

Mr Forman was very professional and I won my child support arrears case with all of his experience and knowledge. It was complex since I am an Ohio resident but needed an attorney in South Carolina to take my case to court. Hiring Mr Forman was the best decision and we won my case. I highly recommend Mr Forman. Let me start by saying I am not wealthy nor am I upper middle class. ...I am nothing more than a police officer. I only wish that I would have acquired Mr. Formans expertise first. I had two other attorneys that wrecked my solid case. I personally guided my case into some rough waters. I immediately knew that my attorney was not going to cut it. I made a phone call to Mr. Forman and hands down that was the best decision that I ever made. Mr. Forman cut to the chase and made me, "Take My Lumps" like an adult. He held me accountable for all my actions good or bad. If you are looking for the best attorney for custody and divorce look no further. You will not regret this decision. In 2014 my wife and I were granted custody of our nephew and two nieces. We were hoping to adopt them and had no idea how to go about it. When we first reached out to Mr Forman with our situation he took our call and answered as many questions as he could. When we were ready to retain an attorney for the adoption we knew that Mr Forman was the right attorney for us. He was honest about the process every step of the way. All of our calls and emails were answered in a timely matter. There was no surprise billing, we knew where every dollar went. While going through the adoption process it was necessary to have other attorneys involved and we found that Mr Forman is well respected by his peers. I cannot say how grateful I am to have hired Greg to represent me!!! I can go on all day about how great he was as a lawyer, counsel, and someone I now feel I can call a friend, but I will keep it brief. When I started looking for a lawyer for my custody case I was looking for someone who was knowledgeable, empathetic, and determined to help me reach or exceed my goal of true 50/50 custody of my daughter. Being a guy and having little faith in the courts I felt my plea would never fully be heard. I contacted Greg on Super Bowl Sunday after having finely being fed up with my current situation with my daughter. Thinking he wouldn't respond until the next day, to my surprise he responded almost immediately to see what he could do to help, and that's a behavior that has never stopped. He was really the first lawyer I had contacted, but I knew if he had time to respond to me on a Sunday evening and Super Bowl Sunday at that, I knew I could depend on him to always be there for me like that. It was times when my plea to the courts to gain true 50/50 custody of my daughter looked very meek, but Greg counseled me in those times and assured me that we were going to get through this together and he was going to do everything in his power to make sure I got what I wanted. He told me things to do to keep my mind off of things and ways to stay sane during the madness. He always gave me the pros and cons of my wants and instructed me on the best course of action. It was not one time during my entire court case that I had to wait any longer than 5 mins to hear back from Greg when I contacted him about something. I can sit hear today and say without Greg's assistance I would not be able to sit here today saying that I now have true 50/50 custody of my daughter. He was also able to get me back a good portion of the money I had to spend for my custody case and GAL fees. If you want the best, hire the best! I am glad that I wasn't on the receiving end of having to go against Greg in court. He is a beast in the court room literally!! He made me want to be a lawyer after seeing how he rebutted things and defended me. I can truly say every dollar I spent was worth it because of his service. Greg Forman represented me when I needed help collecting child support / arrears. He acted very professional and was extremely helpful in finalizing a settlement. Mr. Forman represented my on a Civil Domestic Abuse case had it thrown out with prejudice and a favorable settlement with custody in my divorce case. He is a very responsive lawyer usually answered me within 30 minutes or an hour. His strength lies in his courtroom, vast experience and legal writing. I was in a huge mess when I first came to see Mr. Forman and he really helped turn my life around in a positive direction. What he lacks in bedside manner he more than makes up with knowledge and professionalism. Mr. Forman also has over 20 years experience in divorce law and knows all the judges and with extensive appellate experience you can't go wrong with this guy. He is a heavy hitter and worth every cent I paid and more.

I then went to talk to Greg Forman and he took my case, explained the fees, the timeline and steps very clearly. He worked quickly and was very responsive to every question.
