I am extremely happy with my decision to hire Allen to handle my case. I came across him doing the same google search you are probably doing now and gave him a call. Turns out that he is one of, if not the, best criminal defense attorney in the city of Charleston. I could always count on Allen for guidance and to answer any questions I had at nearly any time of any given day. He responded to my calls or emails within a very short amount of time and worked diligently to find a solution to my case. Worst mishandling of a case ever! Took alot of effort to get us to sign agreement then never saw them again, only phone conversation. Clear cut case of personal injury where shoulder replacement was required and didn't fight for us at all. Sent false information to opposing law firm and had to retract the info twice. Total malpractice. Ended up misleading elderly to take a pitiful settlement that didn't even cover 50% ofmedical cost.

There isn’t enough I can say about this law firm they helped me and my son with a really hard case and came out winning and got all my sons charges dropped they went above and beyond for us and they handled everything with kindness and compassion, Ariel, Brian and Olivia feel more like family to me then my lawyers I really can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a great defense lawyer!!!
