I'm a Jamaican who migrated to the US on a J1 teaching visa. My visa has the 2 year return home rule. I met my husband about 9 months later and we started researching what my visa required me to do, inorder to get married and become a permanent resident. I researched thoroughly and came across Pandev Law firm online. My work colleagues (also Jamaicans on a J1 visa) discouraged me from retaining Pandev. I, however, didn't listen.
