All I can say about this law firm is that they are Amazing! All across the board 5 stars +. They are the right firm to handle your case. They treated me like a family member & not just a case file. My lawyer Marissa F. was awesome as well. She was very informative, understanding & patient with me at all times. Ken L. was also very informative & helpful on information on how to handle some things even after the case was settled. Thanks you Monge & Associates for helping me & my family in my time of need. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Monge & Associates and Colin Snow specially for the great work they have done on my case. I was rear ended in January last year and today after getting all the due compensation I can satisfactorily claim that I made no mistake in selecting my lawyers for the case. My journey with Monge started on a very good note with Robert and Christina taking time to explain the details of the case to me as this was the first experience for me related to any road accident case. Frankly speaking, after the beginning on a good note, during the starting 5-6 months there came few occasions which made me rethink if I had made the correct choice for my lawyers. At that time Jarett was looking into my case and for long times there did not seem to be any progress and I was not getting any updates either without me following up for that on email. Also, my calls did not get returned sometimes which made me even more frustrated. All this however changed after Colin Snow took over my case in the mid of last year. I can not appreciate him enough for his diligence and customer centric approach. He understood my concerns completely and set up a fortnightly meeting on calendar to provide periodic updates. He did all the follow ups with the hospitals and kept checking and validating things with me. Whenever required, he used to take pain to explain the things to me presenting the legal point of view on things and discussing about the approach to be taken. I have no qualms in saying that Colin was the best thing that happened to my case. Finally, he was able to close the case up to my utmost satisfaction. Also, I would like to thank Ashley Crawley for all the good work on this case. Today, I am a satisfied client of Monge and Associates and would be happy to refer any of my friends to them looking at the good work Ashley, Colin and the whole team have done on my case. They gave the wrong insurance company info and when they were told that it was the wrong one they said they'll call back and I never heard from them again. This was about 8 months ago.
