I earned myself an open container citation in the summer of 2016 and was a bit concerned I wouldn't be able to get it dismissed and/or expunged because I am old enough to know better (I am in my mid thirties). After speaking to a few local attorneys I went with Austin because he was understanding of the situation, sympathetic, had a great grasp of the law and process, and was able to explain how the process would unfold, step by step. Austin handled everything from start to finish, got my open container dismissed, and then successfully handled the expungement. The whole process took less than 6 months, and only that long because of the intervening holiday season. Austin worked with Tim Kulp to help win a very drawn-out, complicated boundary dispute case for me.
