They have always been available to answer questions, and prompt in their replies. I wish I had Jessica 9 years ago when I went through my divorce. I highly recommend Jessica.

I was struggling with an out of state custody issue and was unclear if I would need to find legal representation in Charleston. I contacted a number of Charleston area law offices only to find that an appointment and a consultation fee would be required in order for an attorney to tell me if they could legally represent me. The staff at The Peck Law Firm, however, with one phone call, helped me to understand that my case would not be decided in the Charleston area; and after patiently listening to a few short details of my case, offered helpful information on where to seek legal cousel. There was no charge. The honesty and ethical treatment that I received from this law group was refreshing and very much appreciated.

At the initial consultation, this guy went on and on talking about himself and his own divorce, and it seems he did that because he doesn't know very much about South Carolina law. I later found out that he is from Colorado, and most of his time practicing law has been there - and he didn't even practice family law! The bottom line is, he doesn't know what he is doing and I would not recommend him to anyone!

When I emailed Ken about my and my husband's custody concerns, I was not sure what to expect. I emailed him on a Saturday hoping to hear something back via email by the following Monday at best.
