I would like to say thank you to my attorney Michele Jorden and his paralegal Kristin Howard for all of the hard work that they did regarding my auto accident. First Mr. Jorden was recommend to me by the towing company that picked up my motorcycle at the wreck site. I did some research and it didn't take long to realize the high praise given to him was warranted. Within a day of sending an e-mail he came to see me at the hospital to assess my situation. He immediately got to work. Resolving auto accidents is not a quick process. In spite of that, Kristin Howard went above and beyond the call of duty to keep me informed of everything that was going on with my case. Obviously I was not their only client but it never felt that way. Both Michael and Kristin were regularly contacting me to explain what was going on and why. Not only that they would often reach out to me just to see how I was doing or to see if I needed anything. Of course there were times when I had questions or concerns. When and if I wasn't able to reach them directly, they always returned my calls or e-mails within 1 or 2 days. There wasn't a single time where I felt like they were not doing their very best to be my advocate.
