Often in life we learn things the hard way. After our son sustained a severe TBI we initially, unknowingly, chose an attorney that was not capable of handling a case of such magnitude. You can call it fate, luck or devine intervention you choose, but we eventually found our way to the Steinberg Law Firm. Malcolm Crosland and David Pearlman took on our sons case and in my opinion were starting from behind the eight ball. These two gentlemen quickly became our legal rock. Understanding the nuisances and having great compassion in such a case was a welcome relief to our family. Malcolm and David and their staff (let's not forget the girls) worked diligently to bring our sons case together. During this time open lines of communication were a wonderful and welcome relief in helping us to understand the legal, medical and insurance aspects of his case. During a highly stressful and emotional time for our family these two professional gentlemen brought a sigh of relief to us all. One of the things that has come out of our sons accident is our desire to help others that may find themselves in a similar situation. The staff was always friendly and cared about my need and concerns. My phone calls were returned in a timely fashion. They didn't throw out outrageous figures for settlements, however gave realistic ideas of what they could do, and they, in my case exceeded it.
