When you say wonderful caring and helpful you have to think of the Steinberg Law Family. At my worst they honestly and carefully protected and defended my family on multiple levels and multiple cases. Im a client for life and the integrity of this law family is unmatched. My son was hit by a car and when i say from the point of contact with them til now i am kept up on current decisions always involved totally in the process. In my own case where results came almost instant Ms Anne Andrews with no hesitation took my case on with no judgement and with total care. I am grateful to her and i apreciate them. In my case no charge and that was from the heart of a firm that cares for the community as a whole not just the people who can afford help but also those in need of someone's immediate help. Words simply cannot convey how impressed I’ve been with Steinberg Law Firm from day one. Attorney Malcolm Crosland came highly recommended by an associate of mine and I’m so grateful that I listened. I politely fired my first attorney for lack of integrity but once I got the ball rolling with SLF, its been smooth sailing ever since. This firm never missed a beat! One thing I immediately loved about Attorney Crosland from the beginning, is the education that came IN FRONT of everything that was going to happen. He took the time to ensure that I fully understood each step and that I was prepared for all possibilities that could happen. There was consistent communication via email, letters and/or phone calls to keep me abreast of my case and what was to come. In addition to Mr. Crosland, Sonya Glass, his paralegal, was on top of her game every step of the way, being very communicative and professional. She was always very responsive to emails and/or phone calls. To put the icing on the cake, she was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. This was a big deal for me because it’s not often that both the Attorney and Paralegal are friendly, professional and efficient. In the event that I need legal representation in the future, I’ll contact this firm again, if applicable. Lord knows I hope and pray that I don’t ever experience a work-related injury again but if I do, my trust will 100% be with Steinberg Law Firm.
