Gave them one star 1/2 wasn’t an option Please please beware!!!! All they do is rope you in allowing you to thing you have a case and then devaluing it late convincing you to settle so they can get paid for send a few emails they end up getting more than you after time efforts and insurance you put into it I felt they were working for the other insurance company I was hit from behind and pushed into another car in crossing traffic left in the middle of a 4 lane Hwy went to 20 sessions of therapy and they settle for 7200 and change and left me with 5,000 Mind you my medical expenses alone exceeded 5,000 Huge disappointment could have gotten that myself I even paid 1500 in co pays so I actually got 3500 and they got just under 2000 for pushing pins and emailing

Well Taylor was excellent, honestly I don't need someone who is constantly checking in. It's like an annoying waiter at a table. Taylor was the perfect balance and would check in when needed and I really appreciated that. It's like he was keen to understanding your situation and how busy you were. I would go to them again; God forbid if anything were to happen again.
