I refer my closings to John and he always covers all the bases that some of the other guys 'forget' about. Like filing for homestead exemption. If I told you how many closing lawyers don't bother doing that for their own clients. . . . John has energy, being around him (yes, even at a closing) is pleasant, and he knows his job. Rising Star.
