Good service.

I was recently in contact with Mr. Smith when it was discovered that the proceeds from my real estate sale were not received by my representative. I called to determine where the money was, not to complain or place blame. Mr. Smith was hostile and impatient with me. He tried to put the blame back on me although I had taken myself out of the process by providing a check with the proper account and routing numbers. He was rude to me and not in the least helpful when I tried to explore options. I do not recommend this attorney in any capacity because of the risk of incurring his bad behavior.

I have to disagree with the other review 100 percent. Not only did this firm work late hours to help me with my closing but I was very satisfied with their nice employees and the attorney himself. I will definitely do business again as they made the selling of my home effortless. I only wish they did other areas of law.

The most unprofessional and rudest people to deal with. They missed a piece of paperwork and had me overnight it back to them because it was mandatory that this piece of paperwork be in the next day. Two weeks later they email me and tell me that my mortgage is going to expire because I never sent them the paperwork. I finally get in touch with them, only to find out that they did receive the paperwork. (fedex has the record stating they signed for it). It turns out they lost it! So this paper that I had to overnight them--they don't even notice it missing for two weeks when my lender contacts them. So I call them and in the middle of a conversation they hang up on me! This wasn't the first issue I had with them. On the day before closing the paperwork that they had said they had sent our mortgage lender had never even arrived so we couldn't even close on the date we were supposed to close on. This office has no idea what they are doing.
