Mrs. Brinkley and her staff helped us to be a family..Mrs. Brinkley and her staff took care in handling our case and I think I've dealt with everyone in her office at one time or another.They all were very pleasant to deal with always courteous and if you had a question they would take the time to answer it and answer it in a manner that you understood. They explained all the processes that we would go through thoroughly. We had a couple of hiccups in our case and I called Mrs. Brinkley and she reassured me everything would be fine and made me comfortable. By the end of the year that it took to get our adoption done her and her staff felt more like family. My wife and I just adore them all.
