I spoke with Chris Lanning about a guarantor form and he gave me sound advice. If we end up going to court, I would absolutely use him as an attorney. It says a lot about someone’s character and work ethics that can take 30 min of their time if not more to help. Thank You so much and if I need you in the future, I have your number saved.

I've used this mortgage lawyer several times over the last 20 years and I've never been disappointed. Mr Brush is very knowledgeable and a great guy! The staff are friendly and knowledgable as well. If I buy, or sell a home in the future he'll be my first choice. I highly recommend!

This firm has absolutely the kindest and most helpful people working for them. They are very approachable and very easy to discuss your affairs with. I was always told that you can tell what type leader a person is by his staff. After meeting Mr. Davis, I could see why his staff is best in Charleston. He is so patient, easy to talk to and very courteous. Thank-you for being such great people!!
