We had a bad termite infestation, and we could not find anybody to help. I tried to deal with the termite company myself because we had all the paperwork I thought we needed and I was convinced they would do the right thing, WRONG! So, the search was on for an Attorney. We tried all the guys with the flashy commercials that were always on the TV. They would not even talk to me as my claim was too small. They never listened to my side, just told me about pricing and asked the value of my damage. They would not even consider helping me. Then I got a recommendation from a friend to call Taylor, so I called and HE answered the phone! WOW. I explained my problem and all the run around we were getting. He told me he thought we had a case and to send him my paperwork. I didn’t even have to go to his office, I scanned it and sent it to him. Once I got it to him, within a couple of days, he called me back and told me he would take the case. He brought in a termite specialist and confirmed what we thought. Taylor then proceeded to contact the termite company, meet with them at the house and discuss my claim. Within a week the termite company settled, in full, and re-treated the house at no cost to me. Taylor was on point from the second he took my call and all the way through. His quick response time to my constant questions and fears is very remarkable in today’s busy world. His knowledge and connections in the construction world make him a powerful force to be dealt with. Highly recommend Taylor and his firm. I hope I never need another Attorney but if I do, there is only one in my book! Thanks Taylor
