Michael Sahn is professional, straight forward, tactful and responsive. Whenever I was feeling like I was not understanding what was happening or what may happen, Michael was able to ease some irrational fears while still being straight forward. As an introvert I was comfortable with communicating through text and he always answered my questions.

Attorney Michael Sahn has been such a blessing in my life! I found myself in a very challenging situation with law enforcement while passing through the Charleston area. Although I qualified for a Public Defender, I did not feel confident in placing my trust in them regarding my case. Their communication skills were beyond poor and they kept referring to my case as a “petty” offense during our one and only conversation. People please let me tell you, there is no such thing as a “petty” offense these days. Yes there are misdemeanor charges and felony charges, but ANYTHING that shows up on a basic background check will hinder your future opportunities (job, rental or otherwise). He listens to you and does his absolute best to get you the most positive results without making false promises. Whether you have to take out a line of credit or borrow from a friend or family member, please do it because your future self will thank you. I can not guarantee that Mr. Sahn will get your charge(s) dropped like he was able to do for me, but I do know for a fact that he will listen to you and your concerns/goals and fight hard on your behalf to get you the best possible outcome.
