I have used Ann on a new purchase and a refi and both times it was seamless and easy. Her staff is friendly and the office gives you a warm "at home" feeling. I will continue to operate with Ann Sullivan for years to come.

We closed on our property December 2 and our closing paperwork was supposed to be mailed to us. Today is December 17 and we have yet to see paperwork. We live one town away. It’s scary that in this day an age a “lawyer” could be so careless with someone’s information. The closing itself was very uncomfortable. Ms Sullivan was a tad rude. Thank goodness we have our own lawyer we would never use this law office again!
