Always amazing staff

Rutherford is all about money not service. Don't waste your time. I have paid Rutherford thousands of dollars on a case. He never returned a call nor replied to any of my messages. I only saw Rutherford one time during my case. Smh

Esquire Todd Rutherford is an amazing and gifted criminal defense attorney. My life was turn upside down back on 05/2018. I originally was appointed a public defender who truly didn’t care anything about my well-being. My case lingered for two years. The trauma I experienced for those two years was so horrible and agonizing. After Esquire Rutherford took my case on 03/2020, both charges were dropped in four months. Esquire Rutherford is a true man of valor. The legal team at Rutherford’s law firm were very professional, and treated me with the upmost respect. This by far is the best law firm in South Carolina. Everyone is friendly and the attorneys know what they are doing. Mr. Rutherford is well known to the court system.
