Mr. Kienker assisted my family by providing Family Law Services for our two SCDSS Adoptions Finalizations. Dan was very patient and helpful with my questions and although It turns out that I didn’t need to retain an attorney at this time I am very pleased with his level of service provided.

I retained Mr. Kienker in 2019 to help me with the resolution of my divorce to an active duty service member because he was retired military himself. Due to Covid, the process has taken way longer than I liked or expected but Mr. Kienker has been patient and answering my questions throughout the process. Although I am not 100% satisfied with the terms of my divorce (not necessarily because of Mr. Kienker representative) I am glad the process is coming to an end. Mr. Kienker is very affordable and I would recommend him to others.

My case is on-going, but I am thankful to have Dan in my corner. He has been very supportive and willing to explain this process to me, in plain terms. That's something I have most appreciated about working with him, and why I trust his advice. I am very optimistic that my issue will be satisfactorily resolved, and Dan deserves the credit for its success.

Attorney Dan Kienker provided adoption services for my husband and son last year. I was then and am still now very happy with his services. We had brief, quick face to face meetings which were straight to the point and very clear on what and why he was asking certain questions, what the next steps in the process were, and what any additional fees pertained to (i.e. - court filing fee, guardian ad litem fee, etc.). HE would contact me personally to notify me of any updates in the process which I really appreciated. There were a few times where I myself would reach out for an update and he was very quick to respond (always 24 hours or less). This was so important to me because I have had less than great experience with communication with lawyers in my past. He was very fair priced for us too. He looked at our situation as a whole and customized the pricing based off of that. He actually saved us thousands compared to other lawyers in the area who would have provided the same service and nothing more. When my son was officially adopted by my husband, Dan was able to work with the court to make it a ‘fun’ and ‘exciting’ day for my son who was present during the process. That was a very memorable day for all three of us and I am very thankful I had the attorney that I did so that I didn’t have any unnecessary stressors on our big day.

I have hired Dan a few different times! He is very kind and he listens to you and the concerns you have. He has always kept me up to date every step of the way. He has always answered every question that I have and has been very professional. He is the only lawyer that I will ever hire!!!

I first contacted Dan in March 2017 for a consultation. Dan listened to my story, and after a few questions, told me what he would be able to do for me. I liked what I heard, and hired him. After a year of back and forth with the other parties lawyer, we came to a satisfactory result. Dan answered many questions, gave sage advice and guided me through the process. Mr. Kienker took care of a property deed change for me in a very efficient and timely manner. I wanted the deed to my hometown property transferred to my children's names. He researched the process and procedures and took care of all the steps necessary to do this, thus saving me time and miles of travel. I am grateful for the concern and caring manner in which he completed this task for me. I would highly recommend him for legal services.

So I went with Daniel because he seemed very knowledgeable about step -parent adoption . Also he had good reviews on many sites . Well wow was my experience different . I’m only giving one star because I can’t give no stars . So after having the consult and explaining our situation for adoption he was very confident and said he’s handled many cases like ours . Also said it was very simple as well . So we decided to hire him and give him his retainer . Gave him all the information he needed and asked for . Then all of a sudden things he knew before he took the case he wasn’t sure . Had to keep looking into things he said he already knew . Then things that weren’t an issue , after being paid were know a huge issue . He all of a sudden was not knowledgeable in our certain circumstances . How he wanted to fix the situation was a big no from us which i told him several times and from the beginning . Even though I kept saying that doesn’t work for us I kept getting emails with the same response and nothing new . He knew our case before and clearly should not have taken it as he wasn’t confident or knowledagble at all . Have called several other lawyers now and realized he was so wrong on so many things . I’m so thankful we cut ties even though we lost all that money for nothing . Since he didn’t end up doing anything for us .

Mr. Kienker was great. He was able to assist me in a true moment of crisis and explain the process as things progressed. I retained Mr. Kienker, initially, because I needed a lawyer who understood how the military works and the impact it has on the decision making process for custody. I live in Pennsylvania and work fulltime with the United States Army, however, my custody case took place in South Carolina. Email and telephone calls were our primary means of communication throughout my case. He (Mr. Dan Kienker) is a prior service member; and with that understanding and his legal knowledge, he was able to give advice that was specifically applicable to my situation. He was adamant about working for me and what was best for my daughters. I'm very detailed oriented and pretty particular. Dan was polite, professional, and dedicated. When I traveled to South Carolina for the court appearances Dan was able to negotiate, through the other lawyer, visitation with my children. Lastly, the end result. Pennsylvania is not a "male friendly state" in custody battles. Everything I asked for was agreed upon and put in the final court order. I'm able to see my daughters on a regular basis, kiss them good night and tickle them awake in the mornings. I get the opportunity to hear them laugh in the background, struggle though doing their hair and seeing them share holidays with our family. I can am able to positively impact their lives. Giving them that confidence that only a supportive father can give his daughters. I can assure they are safe. I get to be an active father! In the end, that's all that ever mattered to Mr. Kienker and I.

Mr. Dan Kienker has went over and beyond in assisting with everything I have needed. He has taken my concerns very seriously and has been very prompt in handling it. I could not ask for someone better in understanding, communication, professionalism, promptness, and thoroughness. If you are looking for legal representation or advice I could not recommend anyone better than Mr. Kienker. He will exceed your expectations.
