I obtained this firm to handle a wrongful death case for myself and my family. Upon calling the office to inquire about representation, the individuals were very prompt in their response. I was surprised because I had left messages or made contact with a couple of other firms and received no return calls. After accepting my case, I was informed that "Trey Jones" was being assigned to represent my family and that he would be in contact. I received a call from Trey almost immediately. We discussed the case and he made me very comfortable with expressing my concerns and details of the case. He knew that we were grieving, but was very easy to talk to and was always available via phone and email for contact.
