Jay Elliott made lots of promises to me. He would get a check from the other atty. THAT did not happen. Jay’s words to me were for ME to do the legwork. Promised to talk with me about Long Term Care. THAT never happened. I found out from my real estate agent I was divorced. WHAT? When I went to see Jay Elliot he said he mailed papers but due to Co-vid, they could have gone anywhere. I would have assumed after all I paid him that he would have sent those papers certified mail. Nope! Since I have no idea where they went, and neither does Jay, I had to pay for identity theft because lots of info in those papers! Would I recommend Jay? No, I would not. He thinks yelling at people gets HIS way. Would I recommend him? What do you think?

It has been over a year and a half. My case is still not settled. I rarely hear or talk to Jay Elliott. I had my financial advisor calling also. Jay did not call them either. I would love to say he was there with me the whole time, but that would be a lie!

Has been there for me and my family for many years. He is the best!

Mr. Elliott is the nicest attorney I've ever met. He is VERY experienced and knowledgeable about the laws in South Carolina. He is VERY reasonablely priced and will probably work with anyone that needs to make payments.
