In my life, I have hired more than ten attorneys, and never encountered anything like this. I had an interview with him for the purpose of doing an incorporation and instead of just doing what I requested, he wanted to know lots about my affairs, tried to channel me and place stumbling blocks along the way. Please, it was just an incorporation! After a few minutes. he had already made a number of comments that just ticked me off. Did he think I was stupid or what? Needless to say, I just walked out and he didn't get my business. Basically, I felt like I was being insulted.
