Dayne was very helpful with my daughter's case with the university's student conduct office. He was always available to us, returned calls and emails promptly. While the school has a very unfair process, at least we had Dayne on our side working toward the best outcome. He is still working toward getting the school to change their process's, which in turn will help the next student. Dayne was the calm in the storm and our strength during a very hard time. So without saying, I would strongly recommend him. He is a very good attorney!!!!

My experience with dayne was very good. Theres several reasons i would recommend mr Phillips one being that i never had a problem with contacting him no waiting or put on hold or even leave message he always answered my calls or text if not he would immediately return my call he is a friendly respectable intelligent lawyer that is working for your best intrest i would without a doubt hire dayne if i were to need future representation

I had the pleasure of being represented by Mr.Phillips after being charged with Murder. Mr. Phillips went above and beyond to serve me . He stayed in constant contact with me and assured me he would do his best to help me throughout my case. I am pleased to say not only was my case dismissed but my case has since been closed . Not only did Dayne get me off of the false charges I was accused of, but he had the officers stumbling over their own words for lack of a better word, shaking on the stand.
He is a BULLDOG in the court room!!!
Best money I ever spent!!!!

Dayne is more than an attorney. He cares. On top of that if you are are represented by him you will find him highly intelligent and gifted as an attorney.
