At first I thought they had forgotten about my case. My first paralegal did not seem interested in me or my case. But finally Robin in the Lexington office was assigned my case and things started happening. She kept me informed and she worked hard on my behalf. If y'all need an awesome paralegal ask for Robin. Not only was she professional but she really showed an interest in me as a person. Kudos to Robin!!
