Great experience closing my client at the Columbia location. It was the small things that made the experience unique, from having all docs in order and ready to go for closing on time, despite having to combine all of their office closings at the one location in Columbia due to power outages caused by Hurricane Helene (which we were thankfully originally scheduled at), to the constant email and text communication throughout the process, to our warm welcoming arrival on closing day, to the Blair Cato Beer Draft named "Closing Time" :-) (by the way had a nice light flavor), to the snack and candy station, to the countless flavored coffee and tea selections, wine and soft drink selections and as you walk into your assigned room for closing, the Congrats & Thank you photo slides giving a personal thoughtful touch!
