Total cluster with this firm. Andrew was fine, but apparently the firm decided to change their policy on a critical part of their service and never bothered to tell him. Payments that SHOULD have been dealt with by this outfit weren't, and were sent to me instead. Glad it was because this bunch had wrong addresses and NO ACCOUNT numbers referenced on the check to my creditors. There have to be better firms out there - avoid this one.

Real Estate closing Attorney

Andrew is awesome! They have a great team and a huge shout out to Rebecca who always goes above and beyond! You won't find a better team!

I have never been more disappointed in a real estate law practice. If at any point you feel it's necessary to work with this group, get everything in writing up front. It took over 5 days + a weekend, multiple broken commitments, last minute deliverables to produce some simple documents (documents you can source online). Their fee was just arbitrary calculated out of thin air and buried in the closing document with the closing attorney. They could provide no justification for the ridiculous fee. If you have a bad taste in your mouth or try to avoid using lawyers, this is absolutely a practice I would not recommend. This was a referral from a friend and had a large opportunity to be solid relationship. I promise, without hesitation this experience will be shared multiple times over to anyone looking for solid real estate practice. I welcome a response from the practice.
