In October 2021, I started working with Christian Bosel at the Goings Law Firm concerning an accident at work. Due to various issues, it has taken almost 2 years, but we finally settled the case with my employers insurance company. Christian and his fantastic paralegal, Mallory Haber, have been with me every step of the way, which made this process, much easier than it could’ve been. They did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the progress in my case with every twist and turn it took. This situation was stressful from the beginning, and I could only imagine how much worse it would’ve been if I had not had Christian and Mallory on my side. I hope I am never in the situation again, but if I am, I know exactly who I will call.

Christian was great from start to finish. He answered any and all questions that we had and in a timely manner. He explained things clearly. He was honest, and straight forward. Christian was brought in on our case towards the end, close to settlement time. He fought hard for us and we were happy with the settlement amount. Christian took over my case and really made things start to happen. My case had been going on roughly 2 Years and Christian really listened to my concerns. He gave great advice and the end result could not have been better. He was able to keep my medical expenses open and his knowledge about workers comp cases really showed his experience.
