Nick and Merridy are absolutely amazing! I was diagnosed with a rare, chronic, incurable and terminal illness in late 2019. I applied for SSDI and was initially denied which took about 6 months to receive a determination. I applied for a reconsideration and waited another year and a half with no communication or decision. I FINALLY hired Nick Callas and my disability was approved within a couple months!!! I rarely find a business where I can get a live person on the phone but every time I have called Nick or Merridy, they actually answer the first time! They are quick to respond to emails and they showed concern for my health and well being, not just how they would benefit in the end! Very thorough. If you are going through a worker's comp claim be prepared for a very emotional and tough period in your life. Nicholas and his legal assistant (Merridy) do their best to prepare you for this stressful rollercoaster ride. He handled my Worker's Comp claim and Social Security Disability claim, a four and a half year battle which he did in a more than satisfactory manner. Yes, I would highly recommend him.
