Kevin Whitfield serves with compassion and full knowledge of the law. My daughter is bi-polar and had a confrontation with a police officer while she was in a manic state. Public Defender Whitfield worked with the prosecutor to reduce her charge from a felony to a misdemeanor. We are grateful for the time and effort Mr. Whitfield put into this case.
