Mr Swerling and his staff have been a beacon of hope to my family from the 1st day we step foot into his office. His staff is very friendly and greets me by my name. Jack was always available to answer all of my questions.Very informative about each steps with my son’s case. He was able to defend my son’s case at the Supreme Courts and get him a new trial. I’m so happy with everything that transpired throughout this journey. Thank You Mr. Swerling and I would recommend you to everyone!!! Finally my son’s case is completely over! Mr. Swirling was referred to me since I live outside of Columbia - so somewhat a shot in the dark....and what a pleasant surprise! I left a message seeking legal advice at 4pm just as Mr Swirling left for his family summer vacation ( thinking... great I will hear from him in a week- if I am lucky) that evening my phone rings at 9:30pm just as he reached his vacation spot - he spent 45 minutes with me and formulated a plan of action and put me at total ease with my situation....he reached out on my behalf to third parties multiple times over his vacation...and it resulted in avoIding any legal conflict! I was referred to Attorney Davis when I was in a car accident. I was frustrated and sometimes a little difficult because I like to know what is going on at all times. Jack literally saved my husbands life as a 20 year veteran hit with an IED in Afghanistan and attempted suicide with a weapon and was charged after a stand off in a mental veteran breakdown. I was looking for a Criminal Defense Attorney and I had no clue who to go to and more importantly who could I TRUST. I goggled lawyers and Mr. Swerling was one of the names that came up.
