Jack Swerling is the best defense lawyer in the state, bar none. I was charged with two very serious crimes. His team of professionals ( with Matt Bodman ) were able to get my 1/2 million $ bond reduced significantly and then thanks to their work, my case was dismissed / not guilty. Don't gamble with your life, call Jack. Great compassionate, professional known by EVERONE in the state as the best.

I've known Jack's reputation and was hesitant about calling to schedule an appointment because I thought it would be impossible to get an appointment because of his popularity, but I did and was able to get an appointment that day . He and his staff are very professional and he is definitely the best defense attorney in South Carolina and probably even the whole US!
