To say Mr. Swerling saved my life is an understatement. I was accused of a very serious crime that I had not committed. I had never been arrested before and had never had need of an attorney so I had no idea who to call. My financial adviser told me if it were him he would call Jack Swerling so I did. Nick is an amazing attorney. He has handled my divorce and subsequent contempt of court proceedings against my former husband. Given that I live out of state, I relied exclusively on Nick to keep me informed and aware of these proceedings, which he did in an excellent manner. He is patient, compassionate, thoughtful, involved and most importantly for me, available. He successfully negotiated my settlement with little compromise on our behalf and has successfully and financially enforced the court order without me having to make additional trips to SC.
