I have had the pleasure of working with Rebecca Creel during the most difficult time of my life as I processed the road to divorce after 26 years of marriage. She was extremely professional and also compassionate. If you are looking for a family lawyer do not hesitate for one second to choose Creel Family Law you will not be disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would.

My experience with Rebecca and Creel Family Law was not good. Rebecca mislead me to believe that she would take my case. I provided her very sensitive and detailed information about me, my life, and my family situation and I never heard from her again. I felt as though she was a rip off. I paid her $350 for a consultation fee. During that video consultation, I provided her so much of my personal details and cried my eyes out to her about my situation. She assured me that I would hear back from her. I reached out to her and her paralegal and have yet to hear back from either of them. As a professional courtesy, the least she could have done was contacted me directly and informed me that she made a decision not to represent me. I felt she ripped me off, and based off the unresponsiveness I borderline want to think maybe it was racially based. I would hope that in her profession she is not a racist, but because of the non responses I have received, I don't know what else to believe. My only advice to anyone seeking a good lawyer, really consider your options before deciding on her or her law firm.

My personal experience with this firm is very good. The attorney in this firm, Rebecca Creel has been professional, and very personable. She quickly earned my trust. The staff is always helpful and cordial. I definitely recommend their services.

Rebecca is ethical, very thorough and methodical in the intake process of prospective clients. She sets herself apart from her peers by setting realistic expectations in the interview. She is fiercely protective of attorney-client privilege which protects clients in the future if litigation is heated. She takes her responsibilities very seriously and guides people to put effort in assembling their case. She is not the average attorney.
