Rebecca is ethical, very thorough and methodical in the intake process of prospective clients. She sets herself apart from her peers by setting realistic expectations with her potential clients so they understand the relationship they will enter with her. Privilege between client and attorney and strategy is emphasized. She is not a flat fee attorney, but remember flat fee attorneys must make a profit and may short you in effort beyond a certain point. She is not a second rate attorney, and she selects her cases. This absolutely necessary because if she believes in the case, her passion becomes a distinct advantage. It was immediately apparent she expected effort on our part, which pays off in the end.

Dealing with Mrs. Creel was one of the bigger unfortunate events in my family court dealings. I think if Ms. Creel had been up front and honest that may have changed her being hired but unfortunately she was wasn't and my children and I paid the cost for her lack of attention to duties and the case.

I had Rebecca Creel as a Guardian Ad Litem. I think my wife said it best, "she was match to gasoline". Refused to talk to court appointed supervisors, mislead she talked to school officials, refused to interview anyone else outside of my ex and her family. I believe her reviews reflect who she is. When a legitimate review came up from a person claiming she was bias her sister Erin Smith hopped on to have her back. Her most previous review makes claim to how diverse she is, strange considering how that person would know if you're just a client. There's her husband, other lawyers and others that leave vague 5 stars for her but I can say from her billables she barely cracked double digits in hours over a year if you take away paid court appearances to sit silent, sometimes going months of not looking at the case. She has no issue telling other lawyers how she personally feels about a person in private emails and was in no way giving off feelings she was non-bias or not discriminatory in how she worked. The sad truth is Ad Litem's go unchecked in their behavior and your stuck with them outside of an anomaly occurring. By the time she finished what she calls work it resulted in my being legally against financial issues that had me bow out from even visiting my son. Be prepared for her to tell anyone available how disappointed she is in you as a person when that happens cause she lives in a world where her actions are pristine regardless of her behavior in my opinion.

Won't ever receive the money or time back that spent in dealing with Mrs. Creel. Pretty unresponsive to most emails unless it's convenient for her it felt like. Just wish I could have gotten out of my dealings sooner rather than later.

Rebecca was an amazing attorney during my very contentious divorce. She always had a calm, cool, and collected personality that put me at ease during what was a very stressful time. She always communicated her plans and thoughts with me quickly in an easy to understand fashion. I never felt like I was waiting around for her to answer or wondering what my next steps were. After everything was finalized, I have continued to reach out as things have come up. Even though I was no longer a client with an active case, she still made time for me and treated me with such kindness and professionalism. I could not recommend her strongly enough! She welcomes a diverse clientele and I appreciated her kind and professional demeanor throughout the process!

I had the most amazing experience with Rebecca, considering the circumstances. She made me feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable about the law and very passionate about her job. She told me the truth through the whole process. I feel so much better today and I feel my children received the best representation that is possible in Columbia.

If you are a person of color she will not fight for you. It takes her days to get back to you, and that is if she even decides to get back to you. She made me feel as though she was hired to help my spouse instead of advising me and looking out for my interest. She also said that there are no winners in a divorce. An idiot knows that is not true.
