The Jolley Law Group has been a valuable resource for our agency for approximately 5 years. Kelly is very knowledgeable about Healthcare Regulations and Non-Profit issues. As a small non-profit, we do not have a Human Resources Department and have needed clarification on personnel issues and policy related questions. She has provided trainings to our staff on 42CFR and conducted a very thorough review of our agency Policy and Procedures Manual and provided recommendations to clarify or enhance/update our existing policies. Kelly and her staff have been very accommodating and always responded in a timely manner, even in a couple of last-minute crisis situations.
