Mark Arden truly cares about his clients. It’s not just a paycheck for him.

I personally had a terrific experience with Chappell Smith and Arden and not just because they got my wife and I money but because of the way we were treated and how much they cared about us. We both had different cases with the firm and we were both treated with so much kindness and respect from everybody from the lawyers to the paralegal associates. Our cases are both over but we still consider them friends and try to keep in touch now and then although mostly with Kim Spicer not because she is any less busy than the lawyers but because Kim is probably easier to reach and because of her caring and kindness she does make the effort to call back when I can't get ahold of her. Also I am in no way saying she does less and is less busy because Iknow very well the Paralegals work very hard. Kim is just caring enough to make time to call back. Mr Vega and Mr Borne are great caring laeyers also and We thank them and everyone at Chappell Smith and Arden. They are all terrific people and I would recommend the law firm to anyone and everyone. Thank you very much for handling our cases.

Chappell Smith represented me in a workers comp case they did a wonderful job. Kind curtious and they actually care about there clients . They understand of the stress these cases bring especially for someone like me that suffers from PTSD. They actually take time and listen and genuine when they ask if they can help you.

Jacob, Erica and the whole staff were friendly, caring and willing to explain anything you don't understand. Great firm!
