In January 2021, I experienced the most horrifying event of my entire life. While driving on Interstate 85, an 18-wheeler merged into my lane with a car in front of me and behind me, leaving me trapped in between the 18-wheeler and a concrete barrier. During this time, there was construction going on so I had no where to go. I was hit by the 18-wheeler and crashed into the concrete barrier. The transfer forced me over the barrier which flipped my car at least 6 times. Sam Bass and his paralegal Debra were literal life savers. From filing insurance claims to settling medical bills, I never had to worry about one single thing. Although this was a traumatic time, they made everything seem so easy. I will forever recommend them and will forever be grateful for them.

I understand how they charge 1/3. But to add another $150 bill for medical records was a little overwhelming when all they had to do was ask me for them I already had a copy. However I was responded to and they assured me if they needed those medical records so I agreed with them so I went back and change my four star to a five-star cuz they did do a very professional job.

Very happy with service provided. We were kept up to date and didn't feel left out. Our questions were answered each time we asked and we talked with someone each time we called.
