Best experience ever with any law firm! I never had to call them or keep in touch, they kept in touch with me! They’re down to earth PROFESSIONALS. Elizabeth & Shannon were there with me every step of the way, I never second guessed them and they always kept me in the loop. It’s been a long 2 years since my accident, my job tried everything to screw me over but my legal team had my back for any and everything I needed! Honestly they made me feel like I was family & that’s hard to find these days. I’m forever grateful to have had such a professional experience. I would recommend them to anyone! Literally the most amazing experience in the worst circumstances. Kenneth and his staff were amazing. It literally felt like, and still to this day, I was family. They truly catered to my EVERY need, no matter what, I’d call Brad, and BOOM, handled. They made this process much less stressful and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my case. How do I start? I was driving on garners ferry road about to go into the intersection by handy hut.I’m driving ,my girlfriend and I at the time .She screams ...whiles she’s screaming I notice a car turning in front of us to turn when we have the right away ...We got into a bad head on accident I was going about 50 mph and couldn’t stop in time smh .. My girlfriend and I got seriously injured and from the beginning of the car accident the lady that hit us was being really mean and nasty and not taking fault ...Great thing there were nice people out there to help us and witness everything .That was on a Thursday night ,on Saturday we called Kenny aka Mr.Kenneth E.Berger.He said he would have someone get back to us shortly . Not even 20 minutes later Brad Landford called me (and get this he was at his kids softball game at the time ) that showed me how hard these guys were willing to work to make things right and fight for my case.For someone to call you back and talk business while he’s also attending family events man that means business ...From the beginning to the end they treated me like family and they still check on me .They’re really like family they make sure your every need is attended too and they handle everything and most importantly THEY KEEP YOU INFORMED AND UPDATED !!!! They always answer the phone and they always answer your questions to their best abilities .It only took 3 months for them to get the whole insurance limit from the other insurance company and now we’re getting all the UIM limits from my two insurance companies (yes I said two ...left one and was paying another and they managed to get both insurance companies of mine and the at fault party to pay everything that they had) They’re so awesome it makes no sense words can’t even explain my gratitude and my appreciation of how swift and fast and precise they were when it came to my case ..They make it so easy for you ..They not only made my life normal they made it better...Thanks guys Kenny,Brad and the team are no joke .... There is no other option choose them .....

TRUCK ACCIDENT NEAR COLUMBIA. I would really like to thank Kenny and his team members who were personable, caring and responsive. I was sitting at the light after exiting I-20, being at a dead stop. I was rear ended by a truck totaling my car and causing serious injury. Kenny and his team were responsive and considered the things that considered important. They walked me through my surgery and rehab. They called when nothing was going on just to check on how I was doing. When the case settled, they continued to check me and my family.
