All of the attorneys and staff members are very responsive and calls are answered 24/7. Even if you don’t speak with an attorney right away, the message is immediately passed on and you are called back quickly! Outstanding customer service!

It was such a great pleasure working with Ally and John. They are both so knowledgeable. This was my first time ever having to deal with attorneys and I'm glad I went with them. I had alot of questions and they always gave me answers, and if I didn't understand something they made sure they talked to me in a way I would understand. The office staff as well was always so helpful they made sure to send me updates as soon as they knew something. I couldn't thank them enough for all of their hard work.

Intake didn't even want to assist me as soon as they were told I had not gone to see a doctor. I don't know what is considered injured and I didn't want to go to the doctor before talking to an attorney about a police assault on my person. They used the they can't legally advise but they could deny assistance in this traumatic time for me. I hope that this process can be improved so that my fellow citizens can find the justice and legal assistance that this firm just denied me.
