Let me say they were unable to work on my case but the care and concern received was unmatched for me. I understand and see how many firms just take cases to sit on them when dedication is not there. Not the Strom law firm they were more than willing to help but understood what was required and respected me more than just wanting the dollars. Excellent article regarding cycling safety in SC and tips for staying as safe as possible on our roads. I am very familiar with the rules of the road, but the section on what to do in the event of an accident was new to me and particularly helpful. Too often cycling accidents are occurring on our roads due to distracted and/or aggressive drivers or drivers who are either are unaware that cyclists have the same rights and responsibilities for sharing the road and/or resentful that cyclists are on the road. The accident and death statistics are abysmal, and many of us, myself included, have personally known fellow cyclists and friends who have been severely injured or have lost their life in spite of wearing bright colors. Having flashing lights and following safety guidelines. We as cyclists must adhere to the law and do our part to stay aware and ride safely. I appreciate the link to applicable laws as well as the safety tips included. Thank you for this informative and article. Together we can make our roads safer for all. I’d be interested to learn more about additional safety tips when riding with others and what to do in the event of an accident between/among riders on informal or organized group rides. With the growing popularity of e-bikes on the road and joining group rides, I’m also interested in learning more about particular risks, accident prevention tips and liability in the event of an accident and tips for safely organizing/leading or participating in group rides.
