If you need assistance navigating the VA and help getting what you feel you deserve, THIS is the place to go. I was denied by the VA, contacted Mr. Sink's office and after a short intake process they indicated they believed they could help me. They handled EVERYTHING and kept me well informed. The attorney assigned to me, David, was professional and timely, he was always available when I had a question. They got paid when I got my retroactive pay, no money out of my pocket. Great organization!!

George Sink took my case an made it seem like I had a strong case. Then 2 weeks later dropped me . I haven’t heard from these people in 2 weeks and the first call I get is just to say they can no longer represent me ! They left me with hospital bill and a extremely high chiropractic bill. They gave me such high hopes just to shot them down. Hate I ever wasted my time with these people!

Since this was my first time being in an accident, I was clueless of what the process of filing a claim might be. Patrick and Catherine were always there to walk me through each step, while constantly checking to make sure I was alright. They were truly concerned about ME. At a time when I was overwhelmed and lost in the process, they swooped in and wrapped me in their care. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone!

Never returned my call

I've had the George Sink Lawyers representing me for 3 different cases ( personal injury, VA benefits, as well as SSDI). So it's safe to say that I've seen the company from a multitude of approaches. Overall my experience has been absolutely amazing. Specifically my VA attorney, David Lehmann. This guy has been by my side for 4 years now fighting with me every step of the way. He has always responded in a lightning fast manor, even when he's busy. I, frankly, couldn't have asked for a better VSO / attorney. My partner and I actually have a running wager as to if he will respond in <5 min or <10 min. He has always taken the time to thoroughly explain my positions and options as well as helping me to understand the processes. The brief's that his team has put together explaining the exact laws that pertain to my case to be put forward have been completely invaluable and I honestly don't know what I'd of done without him. If you're having ANY question as to whether or not the attorney services are worth it to gain a VSO, I assure you that as a client myself... I would highly recommend the Sink Lawyers. Even in hindsight, I am so happy that I chose them specifically. (5+ stars) For my personal injury side of things, my attorney was Derek Brown. The Sink Lawyers sent someone over to my home to discuss options and details before they began to represent me. They did a great job of fighting for my medical bills to be paid by the at fault party. The only real drawback was that getting replies was much more scarce than with my VA representative. That being said, my case evolved and became substantially more complicated than what it initially started out as and actually went into the realm of things they're not even representing me for. So I don't fault them whatsoever for the delayed replies. They did a great job at explaining the processes and providing me with options on how to proceed. When it comes to medical bills from personal injury, I'd absolutely recommend the attorneys here. For SSDI, I am still just getting started on this part and they've been extremely flexible with me and have been making themselves available to me while I process my paperwork. Part of my issue is that my VA related issues / disabilities really make things difficult for me when it comes to paperwork, and so far the Sink team has been just as amazing as I have come to expect. All in, I came back to the George Sink Lawyers 3 total times because they have consistently shown me that I am more than just a number, they treat me as a person. The professionalism has been higher than I expected ( and I expected a lot) and they have been worth every cent. If you're on the fence about getting an attorney. I can personally vouche that they're an amazing team and will actually be there with you every step of the way.
