Dealt with David Lehman regarding my VA Disability benefits. He has done a tremendous job of dealing with Board of Veterans Appeals and getting approval for my disability. This was complicated due to the paperwork required by VA and his knowledge was vast and well applied to the case. He constantly monitored the effective dates, percentages awarded, and issues to insure that VA had provided the maximum disability available. I felt that my VA case was strong but VA kept denying everything each time I filed. If you are a veteran, have a disability and want to obtain you benefits I strongly recommend you contact him. It is free for them to review your case and let you know if they can do something for you. Their fee is very reasonable based on the back reward you receive (20%) so it is well worth having them represent you. My hat is off to David and his efforts to make sure I received all entitlements from VA.

I was involved in a hit-and-run car accident that left me to deal with an uncooperative insurance. My lawyer Joe and his assistant Kensley helped me through the process of dealing with my doctor visit, medical bills, car repairs, and everything in between. Kensley was in constant contact with me and kept me up-to-date on my case through every step.

Very professional and they treat you like your their family

I used them when I broke my wrist. I was attacked by a dog. . The communication with me was poor. It appeared to me that once they found that the homeowner had little insurance the interest dropped. They got me 52,100 dollars. But initially they told me that they would take 33%. They took much more. I only got 26,000 which barely covered my medical bills. I had a plate and 7 screws put in my wrist. We NEVER went to court. I just don’t understand why they took the extra amount. I hope I never have to sue anyone again. But if I do I will not call all 9’s.
