I have been so disappointed beginning with the length of time that it has taken. I received a letter in September of 2019 stating that it would take approx. 4 weeks to retrive an answer from the adjuster and I am still awaiting and as of now it is tied up with another medical billing issue. The advertistment that "We get your money fast" is untrue with me not to mention that I probably could have gotten close to the same amount without obtaining there services. Never again! That is all I have to say.

The law office is rude when you call and ask about what’s going on with your case I understand it takes time to get your money from the car accident they tell you they do have your medical records you call the next time and they don’t and plus your medical bill my bills are piling up they had done nothing on my case for 3 months won’t recommend them to anyone I would go to his son which has wonderful reviews very disappointed in the law firm and when you are ask to speak to the owner or the person in charge they won’t let you
