They took very good care of me

Settled my SSDI case but was uniformed about family Auxiliary benefits for my children and overcharged for travel expenses that did not actually occur. When I learned my family was entitled to the Auxilary support 1 year later I filled the new paper work on my own for this benefit but their office collected a percentage on the new back pay for my children that they did no work for in filing or informing. They to this day can not give me a straight answer as to why the collected the money, the just keep blaming SSA and saying it's the law that they collect.

If you want to be ripped off and bamboozled out of your money go to George Sink Law Firm! These people did not assist me at all and I was in a 3 car accident that wasn't my fault! My paralegal was Michael Williams and he just sat around and waited for the insurance company to pay them. My bills were piling up, I couldn't afford a car to drive since mine was detroyed in the crash and these people did absolutely nothing to help me! When my case finally settled I walked away with only $1412.00! This didn't even cover the costs I had dish out for a rental. These are my opinions about this so called lawyer! Take my advice and just find another lawyer.

I will never uses them again got into a bad four car accident in Charleston waited a year to get nothing but chunk change im so glad i didn't use them for my recent accident and never will.

I guess my case wasn't going to make them any money so they didn't even bother to tell me why they couldn't help me. After they took down all of my personal information their only offer to me after the "attorney" told them to tell me they couldn't assist was the number to the SC Bar Association. Wish I had known all this before I spilled my life story to strangers.

George Sink rejected my case through pics. Someone was suppose to call and talk to me. I get letter stating "that due to our conversation they could not represent me and my family." A injury case is a injury case. I guess they felt our case was not a "million dollar" case so to speak. All those commercials you only see big figures as well. George Sink will never get my business or recommendations. Please dont be fool. It appears you have to have major, possibly deadly case. Smh!

Go somewhere else. I have to chase my attorney and/or paralegal to get any kind of communications or updates. They don't do things they tell me they will do. They ask me questions they asked weeks earlier. I had to do quite a bit of work myself just gathering all the medical records they needed to continue the case. They generally act like they couldn't care less about resolving your case quickly, which is strange because that's how they get paid. Then they seem to have done little to nothing as far as maximizing my settlement. I could have accomplished just as much on my own without paying an attorney at all.
