I can't express how much of a financial bind I'm in. Apparently an offer was made on my case in November and it's almost February. I can't get anyone to sign for my lending to borrow from case or get a letter to give to any debt collectors. It's possible that the adjuster could be the hold up but what protocol is in place when a client is unexpectedly in a financial hardship? When you don't hear anything it makes you feel like everything is at a stand still. I have an great attorney, I'm just very big on communication!

My attorney Colin Snow and his assistant Chantel Frazier where great they were very friendly and took time to make sure I got everything went smoothly with my case. I would refer them to anyone.

I am an active client. I wasn’t at fault. My car was t-boned when someone pulled out from parking lot into traffic. How much easier can a case be for it to not to be worked properly!!! I have had the hardest time getting the attorney, Chris Marren, to communicate, respond to texts, respond to emails, and to actually have the case financial information correct when we do speak. I even broke everything down on an excel spreadsheet, yet he can’t get the expenses right anytime he speaks with me. I offered to send him the breakdown by email since apparently the paralegal, Leanne, hasn’t but he has refused that both times. The negotiations are much lower than expected since this is supposed to be a great law firm. I don’t trust this man to represent me in court if I am unable to agree to a settlement. I should have picked a different firm. I would not recommend to anyone and I don’t see this working in my favor when it should be.

My family and I were involved in an accident back in May and called all 9's thinking they were going to be as great as the commercial stated but we were wrong. Our attorney gave us updates at first then everything stopped and my wife and I had to call to get answers to which we kept getting told that no one was available to speak with us so we drove to the office and was told that my wife and kids settlement was on the way but mine was being held up. This was last week and today I have texted and called just to be told no one is available. All I want is my settlement so I can move on from what is turning out to be a traumatic experience for me.
