our favorite real estate closing attorney!

I have not used the MGC downtown office before. I was not impressed with the coldness of the receptionist to me, my client but mostly to his two little girls. And now I'm disturbed they did something without contacting me before they decided to do it. Corona Virus or not, please treat everyone equal all the time. What's funny is my client was the one paying the bill.....

Service was good but the smallest wings I have EVER seen!!! Won't be going again.

So our closing date was set by the builder about 31 days after contract signing. Not being from SC we elected to use the builders recommended attorneys which was fine. The whole process of home buying is stressful and exciting. We had good communication from the paralegal Paula during the process. Our closing date was May 21st at 4pm. We arrived with our broker to the Irmo location. We were not offered water or coffee and the person or receptionist was less than interested in seeing us as she asked for our ID and that was the extent of our conversation. Our attorney came over Caroline and we began the process. Again what is a process it was rushed and again she seemed less than interested as she left and came back with her Chic Filet beverage. We on our part had an issue with the wire transfer which was corrected the following day so the end of closing was a little rattling. But the reason for this review is to real estate attorneys who draw the short straw and have to do closings on Tuesday at 4pm please act like you care, as for home buyers who do not do this 20+ times per week it is supposed to be an exciting time in our lives.
