Just by reponding to what seemed like a genuine plee for help regarding a serious (at least to me and my family) for help on what to do. However I disliked the fact of the up front money retainer. I do agree with why they charge it, and am no way mad at them or you for that matter. But I'm telling you... I would take my case... Torts a long shot, but if you look at the detained documented proof... :/
